At Melbourne Orthotics we are dedicated to continuing to provide our patients with the essential care they require during this time.

All of our staff are fully vaccinated (including booster doses).

If you are feeling uneasy about attending a face-to-face appointment or are unwell at the time of your scheduled appointment we still offer Telehealth appointments where appropriate and are happy discuss your needs prior to booking.

We require all visitors to make an appointment or prior arrangements before coming to the clinic, so that we can manage physical distancing requirements at all times.

Some things to note before attending:

​

• Face masks are now optional for patient's/carers, our clinicians continue to wear them for our safety

• Sanitise or wash your hands using means provided upon entering the clinic

• Where possible maintain 1.5m physical distance from our clinicians and administrative staff at all times

 

Our in-hospital care continues and remains unchanged. We are not facilitating home visits at this time.
