Andrew Clarke - Orthotist
Andrew graduated from La Trobe University in 1996 with a Bachelor of Prosthetics and Orthotics. He began his clinical career at The Alfred Hospital in Prahran, where he worked as an orthotist for three years and gained broad experience across all areas of orthotic management.
During his time at The Alfred, Andrew developed a particular interest and expertise in fracture management. Working closely with the hospital's fracture clinic, he gained extensive experience in the conservative and post-operative management of acute fractures, developing specialised skills that continue to inform his clinical approach today.

In 1999, Andrew established his own private practice, Melbourne Orthotics. Over the following decades, he has been instrumental in the growth and development of the practice, building a reputation for high-quality clinical care, technical expertise and meticulous craftsmanship.
Andrew's approach combines strong clinical knowledge, careful attention to detail and practical technical skill, with a focus on creating orthotic solutions that are tailored to each individual's needs.

Rebecca Unglik - Orthotist
Rebecca graduated with a Bachelor of Prosthetics and Orthotics in 1998 at LaTrobe University. She worked as an orthotist and prosthetist for several years at the Ballarat Health Services, in all areas of orthotic management. Rebecca has invested  significantly in the profession, for a number of years maintaining the executive office of Secretary with the Australian Orthotic and Prosthetics Association.Â

Rebecca joined Melbourne Orthotics in 2002. She is currently managing Melbourne Orthotics. She has a special interest in treating disorders of the foot and ankle and works closely with a number of foot and ankle orthopaedic surgeons. She has spent several years refining her casting skills, orthotic fitting and prescription skills.Â
Sally McMeekin - Orthotist
Sally McMeekin graduated from La Trobe University with a Bachelor of Prosthetics and Orthotics in 2005. Before joining Melbourne Orthotics, she worked interstate and in a rural clinic, gaining experience across paediatrics, orthopaedics, vascular and diabetic care
.
Sally has particular expertise in working with complex, high-risk diabetic patients, providing specialised management of ulcers, foot deformities and post-operative care. She also works closely with orthopaedic and vascular surgeons, providing post-operative and long-term orthotic management.

Sally joined Melbourne Orthotics in 2012 and is a highly valued member of the team. She is known for her caring and compassionate approach, dedication to her patients and commitment to achieving the best possible outcomes through high standards of clinical care.

Amy Mckay - Orthotist
Amy completed a Bachelor of Health Sciences and Master of Clinical Prosthetics and Orthotics at La Trobe University in 2013.
She has a strong interest in lower limb orthotic management, including acute orthopaedic and post-operative care, fracture management and neuromuscular conditions. Amy has worked closely with foot and ankle surgeons in the management of complex conditions and is experienced across a broad range of orthotic care.

Amy takes a patient-centred approach, working closely with each individual to understand their needs and provide practical, tailored solutions. Her calm, methodical approach and attention to detail ensure thoughtful and considered patient care.

Since joining Melbourne Orthotics in 2014, Amy has also been closely involved in the modification and manufacture of custom-made foot orthoses, using the latest CAD technology to create precise 3D moulds of the foot.
Outside of orthotics, Amy enjoys local cafés, Pilates, baking and spending time with family and friends.
